Profiteroles Sweet and Savory

                                                                        Profiteroles

1 cup of Water
1/2 cup butter  
 Bring water and butter to a boil in a larger pot

1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp salt
add to the water mixture until it forms a soft but still ball

Add 4 eggs one at a time, beat well. Spoon mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes.
To make this a savory puff add 1/2 - 1 cup of Gruyere Cheese to the dough mixture.
